Hypertrophy

All about building muscle, so you can look good and feel good! Burning extra calories is nice too...

Strength

Primary focus is to get stronger, not necessarily to build muscle. Why? Because lifting heavy things is awesome!

Conditioning

More than just treadmills, rowers and bikes. You haven't tried conditioning quite like this.

A unique, once-a-year event! Themed for fun, but a challenge to test your limits!

How it Works

How it Works

Eight Week Cycles

All training cycles will have a duration of eight weeks. After eight weeks, you will automatically roll into the next cycle.

Training Focus

Each cycle will have its own training focus. While cycles may be similar to each other, the methods and goals of each cycle will change.

Keeping it Fresh

The goal is to have your workouts feeling fresh. While consistency is needed to get results, changing things up will keep you coming back.
